Fundraising Support

Corporate Partnerships Guide

Double the Donation is a service and database that helps nonprofits and educational institutions increase fundraising revenue by automating the process of identifying donors whose employers offer matching gifts and then guides them through the submission process.

Snap! Raise

Club leaders set up a custom team page on Snap! Raise, set a deadline and share the team’s join code with athletes who will then add contact info (email and phone numbers) of their family, friends, neighbors etc. Snap! Raise will then send out a personalized donation request via email and text where donors can securely pay. Athletes can track their progress, as well as the team progress and send follow up messages through the app or website. Plus, earn cash back by selling team gear through the Snap! Store.

Chipotle

Chipotle fundraisers are now in-restaurant and online! Every fundraiser gets a unique code. When your supporters enter the code online for pickup at your local Chipotle, 25% of event sales will be donated directly to your cause.

RaiseRight

Purchase gift cards through Raise Right (formerly Scrip) and receive up to 14% back. Dine at participating restaurants and receive 5% back. Shop online through Raise Right at participating stores and receive a percentage back (based on the store).

Note: Must enroll your club first to receive a unique enrollment code which parents will use when ordering so the earnings go to your club’s account.

A Gratitude From Sirius Athletics

“A huge thanks to both you and the USATF Foundation for the support. We provide scholarships to over half of our participants, making track and field possible for them, but also making the financial support the Foundation provides even more critical.”

– Rachel Hopkins

There are many things that clubs have done successfully in order to raise more funds.

For example, you can reach out to other local businesses in the community. Many businesses will have their own fundraising program for teams!

You can also have athletes write and send/hand out handwritten requests for pledges to community members such as friends, family, business owners, and neighbors.

Some clubs also design and sell a team calendar, which includes photos of athletes and marks the meet days & time. You can easily order from websites such as Shutterfly, Walgreens, BannerBuzz, FedEx, and Vistaprint.

Other fundraising ideas:

  • Host a trivia night
  • Host a bingo night
  • Host a bake sale (could be at another sports, theatre or community event)
  • Host a 50/50 raffle
  • Host a silent auction
  • Host a basket prize raffle
  • Host a car wash
  • Host a community 5k run/walk
