Expanding Access to National-Level Competition

Team USATF Masters athletes are among the most accomplished in the world, yet, unlike other USA international teams, they must cover all their own travel expenses. As a result, many top-ranked athletes are unable to compete, including at the USATF National Indoor and Outdoor Championships.

The new Masters Nationals Travel Grant program seeks to address this gap by providing targeted financial support, helping more athletes compete at the highest level. By reducing these barriers, the program aims to broaden participation and ensure that deserving athletes have the opportunity to represent themselves and Team USATF at national championship events.
