Job #1 - Americhoice Sales Representative

Americhoice contracts with states to provide care for over two million individuals. Working with physicians and other care providers, we ensure that our members obtain the care they need with a coordinated approach.

  • Role: work with communities, schools, health centers, and individual families to encourage qualified families to protect their children through the Children Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Duties include reviewing and processing applications and raising product awareness through presentations, events, trainings, and distribution of collateral material.
  • Training: 1-2 weeks of shadowing an experienced person.
  • Locations:Arizona, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas,Wisconsin.
  • Compensation: Approximately $20/hour
  • Qualifications: Sales experience preferred

Job #2 - Mobile Health Unit

A road show to bring health care services to communities.

  • Role: Attract & interact with media & public.
  • Qualifications: Media skills are a plus; charismatic personality.
  • Locations:Athletes from any location may apply.

Job #3 - Presentations & "Interviews" on Women's Health & Wellness Topics

  • Role: (1) Host webinars and contribute to online community chats; (2) speaking role at in-person forums. Topics include: balancing family & career and personal & family fitness.
  • Qualifications: Female and comfortable with technology; mother who has overcome health challenges or has a family member with a health issue.
  • Locations: Athletes from any location may apply.

Job #4 - Host Educational Session and/or Lead Exercise Activity for Public Sector Conference Attendees

  • Role: Lead sessions with company clients and prospects
  • Qualifications: Comfortable leading “adult education” sessions
  • Locations: Athletes from any location may apply.

Job #5 - Client Health Benefits Enrollment Meetings

  • Role: Host small ongoing sessions at various company sites, e.g., stretching or nutrition counseling with employees who attend to learn about their health insurance options. May include an opportunity to make a brief speech about your athletic experiences and health/fitness.
  • Qualifications: Comfortable interacting with small groups of people in informal setting.
  • Locations: Anticipate opportunities in Florida, Georgia, Texas & Arizona, but athletes from any location may apply.
