Elite Athlete Job Program - Hilton Hotels

Hilton is the first sponsor participant in a new USOC Job Program. They have pledged to place 15 to 25 Olympic sport athletes in jobs.

The process for consideration is as follows:

• USATF sends endorsement of interested, qualified athlete to appropriate USOC Sport Performance team to verify they are of national team status
• USOC sport performance confirms eligibility and reaches out to interested athlete, collects information and refers to an Adecco career coach
• USOC athlete liaison (Carissa) and Adecco representatives connect athlete with Hilton and Hilton determines whether or not they want to interview athlete
• Athlete may interview with Hilton and either get job or declined opportunity based on a number of factors (skill, fit, competition with other athletes for same job, limited number of jobs, etc.)
